The California Association of Judgment Professionals is a group of dedicated, experienced judgment recovery specialists who live and operate in California. We exist to share ideas, experience and resources in order to more effectively enforce court judgments.

National Judgment Network is a nationwide organization dedicated to the business of judgment recovery. Our members form a network of professionals dedicated to rendering mutual assistance and perfecting their judgment recovery practice. All members subscribe to the principles of the organization and pledge themselves to the highest ethical standards of business.

In a Nutshell

We specialize in the recovery of unsatisfied judgments. We hunt the deadbeats down. We garnish their wages. We attach their bank accounts. We seize their assets. We do whatever is necessary to enforce the judgment that you were duly awarded by the court. You pay nothing unless we are successful.

GP Judgment Recovery  is dedicated to the enforcement of court judgments. We purchase your judgment on a 'future pay' basis without application fees or up-front costs of any kind. We cover all costs and expenses incurred in locating the judgment debtor and enforcing the judgment. We make our money only from the judgment debtor, at no cost to you.

It was a great day when the court declared you the victor  in your court case, but the joy associated with that victory was short lived when you realized that the court was not going to force the loser to actually hand over the cash, and that the job of collecting the money from the loser falls to you alone.

GP Judgment Recovery has experience enforcing judgments  and can succeed where the inexperienced person cannot. You have a job, a life, bills to pay, obligations to meet, and not enough spare time to figure out what to do. But then, when you do figure out what to do, and you do it, and then wait for the results, you frequently find out that you have to do everything all over again because a form was filled out incorrectly, or because you did something out of order. Then, when you do it again and get it right, the debtor may avoid service long enough that you have to do everything all over again because a deadline has passed or a form has expired. This kind of trivial stuff makes all your efforts just so much wasted time (and wasted money, too), because almost everything you do in this process costs money.

We have the resources, experience, and determination,  to enforce the judgment you worked so hard to get. We will conduct a thorough investigation to uncover assets or sources of income and to take whatever steps are necessary to legally seize them.

If you have a valid court awarded judgment of $10,000 or more  we will use every method at our disposal to recover the full amount of the unpaid judgment plus any interest that the judgment has accrued since it was issued. We will track the judgment debtor down even if he or she has moved. We have access to both private and public databases that allow us to 'skip-trace' the debtor and to locate any assets that he or she may have. As allowed by State law, we will garnish wages, levy bank accounts and seize assets. When possible, we will try to do so without any notification or confrontation. In short, we will enforce the judgment that was legally and rightfully awarded to you by the court.

We don't charge an application fee  and we don't require you to cover any upfront expenses. We purchase the judgment from you for a percentage of anything that we are eventually able to recover from the judgment debtor. All expenses and legal costs incurred in the enforcement of the judgment are advanced by us. There is never an up-front charge of any kind. And if the debtor turns out to be seriously judgment proof, we will assign the judgment back to you free and clear. Plus, in the event we are only able to collect a portion of the judgment and for some reason are unable to continue, we will assign it back to you so you can collect the rest yourself, or assign it to another judgment recovery professional. We are currently accepting judgments awarded in California.
